Formula: Volumetric weight = [L(cm) x H(cm) x D(cm)] / 6000. For Global Express, the factor is 5000. Example: A carton of 48x45x39cm has a volumetric weight of 14.04kg.

No, if you need an MRN for UK e-commerce checks, please choose our DAP service. We can provide the MRN for your shipment under the DAP option.

You must have your own VAT and EORI account. For PVA (Postponed VAT Accounting), you must also have VAT payment records for at least the previous three months.
Q7: How do you guarantee the lowest rates for multi-fulfillment shipments?
We utilize Container Freight Stations (CFS) at major ports like Los Angeles, Houston, and Savannah. By shipping goods to the nearest fulfillment center port, we minimize land transportation costs, as ocean freight is significantly more affordable.
